Preto zatia\u013e nesie pr\u00edvlastok ako tepl\u00e1 a&nbsp;bez snehu. Prv\u00fd jej mesiac, december bol mimoriadne tepl\u00fd. Na mnoh\u00fdch miestach Slovenska boli priemern\u00e9 teploty vy\u0161\u0161ie a\u017e o&nbsp;3 stupne ako je dlhodob\u00fd norm\u00e1l. Z&nbsp;poh\u013eadu zr\u00e1\u017eok bol december pomerne vlhk\u00fd, no pri kladn\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou pr\u0161alo. Snehov\u00e1 pokr\u00fdvka sa za\u010dala tvori\u0165 a\u017e v&nbsp;z\u00e1vere roka 2019 aj to len na severe a&nbsp;od stredn\u00fdch pol\u00f4h. Pri\u0161iel janu\u00e1r, za prv\u00fa dek\u00e1du ani tento zimn\u00fd mesiac pr\u00edli\u0161 neoh\u00faril. Hoci teploty predsa len klesli, no na janu\u00e1r s\u00fa hlavne na z\u00e1pade ale aj na hor\u00e1ch st\u00e1le pomerne vysok\u00e9. \u00dazemie so snehovou pokr\u00fdvkou sa n\u00e1m v&nbsp;janu\u00e1ri s\u00edce postupne roz\u0161\u00edrilo aj o&nbsp;niektor\u00e9 oblasti v\u00fdchodn\u00e9ho Slovenska, &nbsp;tu ale sneh zotrval hlavne v\u010faka inverzii. Teplotn\u00e9 minimum zimy sa zatia\u013e zastavilo na hodnote 18,2 \u00b0C, to\u013eko meteorol\u00f3govia namerali&nbsp; 7.1.2019 v&nbsp;Z\u00e1zrivej. <!--more--><\/p>\n\n\n<p>Zauj\u00edmavos\u0165ou je, \u017ee tepl\u00e9 po\u010dasie panuje v&nbsp;takmer celej Eur\u00f3pe. Doned\u00e1vna poriadne nemrzlo ani na severe \u0160kandin\u00e1vie a&nbsp;kladn\u00e9 teploty boli pozorovan\u00e9 aj pri pol\u00e1rnom kruhu. V&nbsp;Rusku v&nbsp;oblasti Moskvy ale aj Petrohradu maj\u00fa za sebou jeden z&nbsp;najteplej\u0161\u00edch decembrov. Na svedom\u00ed to ma tzv. stabiln\u00fd pol\u00e1rny vortex. Pol\u00e1rny vortex je ve\u013emi zlo\u017eit\u00fd atmosferick\u00fd jav, ktor\u00fd m\u00e1 ve\u013ek\u00fd dopad na cel\u00fd chod po\u010dasia. Zjednodu\u0161ene, ide o\u00a0pol\u00e1rny v\u00edr s\u00a0obrovskou masou studen\u00e9ho vzduchu, ktor\u00fd rotuje nad Arkt\u00eddou v\u00a0protismere hodinov\u00fdch ru\u010di\u010diek. Tento v\u00edr sa vyskytuje vo ve\u013ek\u00fdch v\u00fd\u0161kach v\u00a0hladine troposf\u00e9ry a\u00a0stratosf\u00e9ry a\u00a0v\u00a0zimnom obdob\u00ed m\u00f4\u017ee ma\u0165 priemer a\u017e okolo 10\u00a0000 km. Pokia\u013e je stabiln\u00fd tak ako teraz, arktick\u00e1 vzduchov\u00e1 hmota sa do ni\u017e\u0161\u00edch zemepisn\u00fdch \u0161\u00edrok prepad\u00e1 len m\u00e1lo. Ak v\u0161ak d\u00f4jde k\u00a0naru\u0161eniu stability, resp. k\u00a0rozpadu tohto v\u00edru, studen\u00e1 vzduchov\u00e1 hmota sa d\u00e1 do pohybu a\u00a0zasahuje aj ni\u017e\u0161ie zemepisn\u00e9 \u0161\u00edrky.
